As a Stenographer/Personal Executive, you will be responsible for various secretarial and administrative tasks. With a total of 10-15 years of experience, your key responsibilities will include: - English Typing, Letter-drafting, E-mailing, MS Word, Presentation, MS Excel, and Internet proficiency - Organizing and maintaining minutes of meetings - Fixing appointments and arranging meetings - Efficient time management, including daily mail checking - Demonstrating a good command of English and English Grammar - Knowledge of filing systems, file maintenance, and updates Qualifications Required: - Graduate with a one-year diploma in secretarial practice - Proficiency in personal secretary tasks, meeting planning, stenography, and other secretarial activities - Experience in fixing appointments, computer operations, minutes of meetings, board meetings, spoken English, travel arrangements, letter drafting, and English typing This role is based in Noida (Sector 94) and falls under the Administration & Facilities department.
