Role Description

Graduate + one year diploma in secretarial practice & having minimum 10 to 15 years experience in dictation, Letter-drafting, E- mailing, MS word, Presentation, Ms-Excel, Internet etc. To organize and maintain minutes of meeting, appointment fixation & arrangement of meeting. Time management, to check the mail daily, good command over English and English Grammar & knowledge about filing system, maintain & update files etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 10 to 15 years of experience as a PE/Stenographer with experience in an administrative role
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of tact and discretion
• Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with utmost discretion
