Statutory Audit Executive

We are a consulting firm specializing in Audit, Taxation, and Advisory Services, seeking a Chartered Accountant with strong experience in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and Income Tax Compliances. The role involves conducting statutory and tax audits, reviewing financial statements, preparing audit reports, managing income tax filings and TDS compliances, and handling tax notices/assessments. The candidate will also provide tax planning and advisory support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Statutory Audit

• Conduct statutory audits in compliance with the Companies Act and applicable Accounting Standards.
• Review financial statements, books of accounts, and supporting documents.
• Prepare statutory audit reports, including CARO reporting where applicable.
• Identify and report internal control gaps and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Tax Audit

• Conduct tax audits under Section 44AB of the Income Tax Act.
• Prepare and file Form 3CA/3CB and Form 3CD with all relevant annexures.
• Verify depreciation schedules, disallowances, related party transactions, and other applicable clauses.
• Coordinate with clients for data collection and ensure timely completion and filing.

Income Tax

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, companies, and NRIs.
• Manage TDS compliances including computation, deduction, deposit, and filing of returns.
• Draft and file responses for Income Tax notices, assessments, and appeals.
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to optimize client tax liabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹8,500,000.00 per year
