The Station Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with other departments to enhance operational efficiency. The role involves supervising and training staff, handling communication with clients, and maintaining high performance standards to meet company objectives. Qualifications Operations Management skills for overseeing daily logistics and delivery operations Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction Team Leadership and Training experience to manage and develop team members Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
