Job Description

Eligibility:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive legal recoveries across
Bucket X, 1, 2, NPA, Write-off, and Loss on Sale portfolios
Represent the company legally using
Power of Attorney
in court proceedings & repossessions
Manage and empanel
state & district-wise advocates
Handle
valuation, auction, and sale of repossessed vehicles (Sec. 9)
Conduct
Lok Adalat, conciliation camps, and police complaints/FIR filings
as needed
Oversee
billing and coordination with legal vendors
Work closely with the
Collections Team
for recovery support and decisioning on LAP cases
