Job Description Across Assist is looking for dynamic State Leads for Karnataka and Maharashtra to manage the Roadside Assistance (RSA) network, drive expansion, enhance partner performance, and ensure service excellence in Bangalore and Mumbai. Key Responsibilities - Lead state-wide RSA network development & expansion - Oversee pricing to ensure competitive and profitable rate structures - Build and maintain relationships with Network partners - Improve service quality, TAT, and customer satisfaction - Optimize network availability, coverage, and cost efficiencies - Address escalations and ensure smooth service delivery Requirements - 3-5 years of experience in OEMs, RSA, Automotive networks, Ecosystem development, or field operations - Strong team leadership and people management skills - Excellent relationship management with garages, dealers & OEM networks - Good analytical ability and command over Excel / Sheets - Willingness to travel extensively across the state,
