Network Executive

Job Description You will be part of Across Assist's expansion of its Roadside Assistance (RSA) network as a dynamic Network Executive. Your role will involve supporting provider onboarding, managing field operations, and ensuring seamless service delivery in locations such as Bangalore, Hyderabad, Punjab, Pune, and Delhi in an on-site / field capacity. Key Responsibilities - Onboard RSA Vendor Partners and expand the ecosystem - Develop and maintain strong relationships with network partners - Assist in breakdown case coordination to ensure fast Turnaround Time (TAT) - Monitor partner availability, pricing, and performance - Address on-ground operational issues and escalate when necessary Requirements - 1-3 years of experience in field operations, vendor management, automotive, RSA, or Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) - Possess good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Willingness to engage in extensive field travel - Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets,
