Across Assist is expanding its Roadside Assistance (RSA) network and is looking for dynamic Network Executives to support provider onboarding, manage field operations, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding of RSA Vendor Partners and expansion of ecosystem
• Build and maintain strong relationships with network partners
• Support breakdown case coordination and ensure fast TAT
• Track partner availability, pricing, and performance
• Handle on-ground operational issues and escalate where necessary

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field operations / vendor management / automotive / RSA/ OEMs
• Good communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with extensive field travel
• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
