Education: Graduate (B.Tech or any stream) + Masters preferred
Industry Preference: Telecom, Retail, Banking, Insurance, Consumer Durables, Mobile Handsets, FMCD, Paint, Furniture, Hardware (No Pharma/EdTech profiles)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing on-roll sales team of minimum 10 members.
• Drive B2C sales operations and ensure achievement of state sales targets.
• Develop, implement, and monitor state-level channel sales strategies.
• Build and manage distributor & channel partner relationships for maximum market penetration.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure training and development of the sales team for performance enhancement.
• Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with marketing & operations teams for seamless execution of sales strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in team handling.
• Strong knowledge of B2C sales, channel development, and distributor handling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• High adaptability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
