Role Summary The Government Sales Team Lead will focus on tenders and contracts with government bodies, ensuring compliance with public sector procurement requirements and building strong relationships with government agencies. This role includes meeting government officials, managing sales efforts for public sector projects, and coordinating demos, and exhibitions to promote products. Key Responsibilities Liasoning with various government departments for tendering business and new business leads creation Monitor and manage the complete tendering process, from identification of opportunities to contract finalization. Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and agencies to promote the company s products and services. Attend meetings with government representatives to understand their needs and position the company as a trusted partner. Ensure all government sales efforts comply with public sector procurement regulations and policies. Stay informed about changes in government procurement processes and regulations. Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the government sector, targeting key government projects and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and contracts. Lead and manage the government sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and achieving sales targets. Overall project execution and coordination with various process stakeholders for smooth execution and on- time completion of work completion. Taking/Collecting related documents from concerning government departments Collection of Payment. Desirable Qualification Graduation / Post Graduate Software / Technical Skills Should have excellent work exposure to Solar Sales & Service. Proficient in MS Office and Handy with preparing and presenting technical presentations. Exposure to sales of motors, pumps and solar products.
