Development of network of Dealers & Distributors, with a long-term vision
Evaluating, review, analyze and monitor periodic sales reports, potential sales.
Create Customer Loyalty, Dealer & Distributor Loyalty program as per Market scenario.
Monitor Sales through digital tools (CRM)/Paperless environment.
Ensure availability in all blocks in a district and strong secondary sales activities.
Overview Branding work and proper BTL/ATL activities in the Zone .
Arranging Mason/Engineer s Meet /influencer Meet as per calendar and proper distribution of Gifts to all the influencers.
Create Strategy for converting prospective dealer /in active dealers to active dealers as well mapping competitors channel partners for conversion and association with the company.
