Role Overview:

The State Head will be responsible for overseeing and driving overall operations, growth, and performance of the pharma retail business across West Bengal. This role requires a strong mix of leadership, commercial understanding, and hands-on operational control. The person should be comfortable taking ownership of targets and building teams that can consistently deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end pharma retail operations across the state.


• Develop and execute state-level business strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.


• Drive sales growth, improve store performance, and ensure profitability across locations.


• Monitor KPIs, revenue trends, and operational metrics, and take corrective actions where required.


• Build, mentor, and manage regional and store-level teams to ensure high performance and accountability.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, SOPs, and internal policies across all outlets.


• Coordinate with central teams for supply chain, inventory planning, merchandising, and marketing initiatives.


• Identify expansion opportunities, new store openings, and market penetration strategies within the state.


• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and key stakeholders.
