Role Description

We are seeking a State Head for a full-time on-site role located in Patna. The State Head will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing franchisees, and driving business growth across the assigned state. Daily tasks will include supervising Kendra operations, implementing strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with company standards, and liaising with various stakeholders. The State Head will work closely with the senior management team to achieve organizational goals and enhance overall service delivery.

• Experience in managing and coordinating with multiple franchisees or branches
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage operations effectively
• Familiarity with financial services and technology-driven solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the financial sector and knowledge of the regional market is a plus
