Job Description

Purchase of lands required for Mining & Plant by direct negotiation with farmers.
Due diligence for purchase of land and coordination with external and Internal advocates for TSR and other legal documentation.
Conversion of lands for Non-agricultural purposes.
Liaison with Department of Mines & Geology, Industries, KSPCB, Irrigation & water resource, Forest department and other government agencies, Revenue, etc for obtaining licenses, statutory clearances, permits, etc.
Coordination with revenue department for registration & mutation and other related activities.
Drafting suitable sale deeds and suitable communications /letters and replies to submit to appropriate authorities.
To follow up with Local courts and district court to resolve the pending litigations
Assisting in other dept activities to achieve the organizational goals, vision and mission.
Any other work assigned on time to time basis
