Role Description

As a Startup Incubation Assistant Intern at TeMetaTech, you will engage in activities supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of incubation programs. Responsibilities include conducting industry research, assisting in organizing workshops and events, tracking startup progress, and fostering relationships with investors, mentors, and external partners. You will also contribute to improving operational workflows and offer administrative support to the incubation team. This is an on-site internship role based in Thiruvananthapuram.

Qualifications

• Strong research skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to gather and synthesize data effectively
• Degree in Business administration, Psychology, Journalism or Engineering
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders, startups, and external partners
• Familiarity with business strategy development, project management, and process improvement
• Interests in emerging technologies like XR, AI, and Data Science are highly beneficial
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
