Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage bulk hiring campaigns for various clients across different industries.
Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute mass recruitment drives.
Source candidates through effective manpower sourcing strategies, including social media platforms, job boards, and employee referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment management activities, from job posting to onboarding new hires.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-6 years of experience in staffing or recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of bulk hiring, manpower planning, and staffing management principles.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in using technology-based tools for managing large-scale recruitment operations.
