Job Description

As a member of the Front End CAD team, you will be responsible for the development, standardization and maintenance of engineering flows that enable system verification activities within the Solutions Engineering team, working with engineers from our project teams to help them deploy best-practise across a common set of requirements.

The flows you will help to develop will include areas such as simulation, emulation and formal verification and advancements in machine-readable specifications to aid automation of standard methodology within SE, enabling our verification community to achieve the best possible results. You will collect and analyse verification metrics and work with tools from multiple EDA vendors.

Required Skills and Experience :

8+ years of relevant experience in verification workflows used for SoC hardware development such as coverage flows, UPF simulation, dynamic CDC and GLS.
SystemVerilog/UVM
Strong skills in scripting languages such as python, perl and PHP and flows used for version control such as svn, git, gerrit
Knowledge of machine readable specifications, continuous integration and continuous delivery
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity in working with global teams.
Mentoring/coaching of junior engineers.

Nice To Have Skills and Experience :

Experience of SoC design-related areas such as CDC/RDC
Formal Verification experience
Experience of IP protection and export restrictions
Knowledge of functional safety standards including ISO 26262
Experience working on global IP and SoC development projects
