Staff Program Analyst

As a Program Analyst at Qualcomm India Private Limited, your primary responsibility will be to assist in program development and implementation by managing processes, procedures, and tools to enhance efficiencies. You will coordinate across teams, monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and priorities to ensure program progress. Your expertise will be crucial for significant-sized programs requiring the development of project management mechanisms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain relationships with third parties or internal customers, facilitating cross-team coordination for large, complex programs. - Facilitate review board meetings, coordinate documentation of key discussion points, project plan changes, and stakeholder needs. - Contribute to and update project plans, support Program Managers or Leads on multiple or large programs, including priorities, timelines, critical tasks, stakeholder identification, and resource allocation. - Collect, analyze, monitor, and maintain budget data, recommending budget decisions and driving closure. - Track progress and execution of complex deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met, identifying and escalating issues that may impact deadlines. - Anticipate risks and issues, communicate to the Program Manager, and work with relevant team members to find solutions. - Synthesize complex data and metrics into key trends, risks, and changes, presenting results in reports for stakeholders. - Contribute to the design and implementation of improvements to planning processes, tools, and methods. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - OR Associate's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of relevant work experience. - OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant work experience. As a Program Analyst, you will work independently with little supervision, provide some guidance to others, and make moderate-impact decisions. Your communication skills will be essential in conveying complex information to individuals with limited knowledge. You will use deductive and inductive problem-solving skills and exercise creativity in drafting original work products within established guidelines.
