Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. The RN works collaboratively with physicians, healthcare team members, and patients’ families to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Support emergency response efforts and perform basic life support as required.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing.
• License: Valid Nursing License/Registration (e.g., RN License).
• Experience: [Insert years required, e.g., 1–3 years preferred in a hospital or clinical setting].
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹44,618.17 per month
