Job Summary:

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional environment. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, answering calls, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as necessary.
  • Provide basic information to clients and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed.
  • Support other departments with general administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred).
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printer, copier, scanner).

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,499.54 - ₹24,286.18 per month
