Overview: As a staff nurse, you will be an integral part of the healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients within a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
• Assessing patients' health status and needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
• Clinical Procedures:
• Performing various clinical procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheterization.
• Operating medical equipment and monitoring patient responses during procedures.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping:
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
• Documenting medication administration and treatment outcomes.
• Patient Advocacy:
• Advocating for patients' rights and preferences in the healthcare decision-making process.
• Addressing patient concerns and ensuring their voices are heard in their care plans.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive comprehensive care that aligns with their needs and values.

Qualifications:

• GNM/Bsc
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state.
• CPR certification and additional certifications may be required based on specialty area (e.g., ACLS, PALS).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and organizational priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
