Staff Nurse

Clinical Care

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, including risk assessments (suicidality, aggression, self-harm).
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor side effects, and ensure medication adherence.
• Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and occupational therapists.
• Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and emergency psychiatric care.
• Support patients in managing symptoms, daily living activities, and rehabilitation.

Therapeutic Interventions

• Facilitate therapeutic groups (e.g., psychoeducation, stress management, coping strategies etc).
• Deliver evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) –informed techniques, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment plans, and relapse prevention.

Patient Advocacy & Safety

• Ensure patient rights, dignity, privacy (whenever required) and confidentiality are maintained.
• Promote a recovery-oriented and stigma-free care environment.
• Implement safety protocols to prevent harm, including suicide prevention strategies.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate, timely, transparent, and legally compliant patient records.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical governance activities.
• Adhere to national and institutional mental health policies, protocols, and regulatory frameworks.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

• Actively participate in case conferences, family meetings, and multidisciplinary ward rounds.

Coordinate continuity of care during admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
