Position Overview
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting functions, accounts payable, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger accuracy.
  • Handle accounts payable, including vendor onboarding, vendor invoice processing, timely payments, and reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts receivable, including customer onboarding, timely raising of invoices and bookkeeping of the same.
  • Maintain and organize hard copies and digital copies of invoices and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and systematic filing of accounts for audit and compliance, leveraging organizational skills.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and statutory compliances (GST, TDS).
  • Track payment schedules and follow up to avoid delays.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for expense and cost management.
  • Provide support during statutory and internal audits.
  • Any other accounting or finance-related responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

  • CA Intermediate Qualified /or cleared Group-1, or
  • CMA Qualified, or
  • Com/BBA/MBA(Finance/Accounting), or

Additional Advantage

  • Experience in using Zoho Books and Tally ERP.
  • Certifications in GST, TDS, or related compliance areas.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.

Personal Attributes

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good English communication skills to interact with vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills: Ability to maintain systematic records, prioritize multiple tasks, track payments, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and process-oriented approach.

Work Structure

  • Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
