SSH-HCGA-LC&EmpBrand-GF Conduct TNI (group wide. and develop L&D calendar Evaluate the collected feedback for improvements and communicate the same to senior leadership through reports and presentations. Build effective branding of the digital platforms and other E-learning modules both at business and group level Ensuring timely execution of the development programs both on LMS and outsourced. Gather the feedback thereafter. Support in implement functional academies for identified functions Ensure learner engagement and measure learning transfer Create functional specific learning journeys to drive skill enhancements Actively support initiatives to drive talent management programs across the Group Track IDP and execute leadership development programs for top talent identified Plan career conversations and map journeys in consultation with Businesses for Talent Implement and manage employee wellbeing programs that promote holistic health and work-life balance across the organization. Standardize and introduce technology-enabled recognition programs to acknowledge and reward employee contributions. Create talent dashboards, reports & analytics as per company requirements (BRC/QRM.. Write SOPs for the overall L&C, Talent function spanning across L&D Initiatives, Digital Platforms, Excellence Centre & talent Management Build real time reports for identifying variance on L&D/ Talent budgets /IDPs Maintain & update data of key talent, leadership and other talent pools at all times Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders for data purpose.Principal Accountabilities
