SSC_Administraion_AhmedabadResponsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administration at the Vapi office including housekeeping coordination, visitor and vendor management, facility support, inventory control, and assistance in statutory admin documentation. The role ensures a safe, clean, compliant and well-maintained office environment while supporting employees with timely administrative services.

Principal Accountabilities

Manage office facility operations including housekeeping security and pantry servicesbr Maintain stock of stationery and consumables with timely replenishmentbr Handle visitor management gate pass and access control processesbr Coordinate with vendors for services maintenance and AMC followupsbr Raise and track PRPOInvoice processing for admin requirementsbr Maintain admin documentation and compliance recordsbr Support employees with administrative queries and meeting requirementsbr Ensure cleanliness hygiene and safety standards across office areas
