Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    1) To Plan Civil / Structural / Electrical works of 765 / 400 kV Substation with required output, safety, and quality. 2) Ensure zero harm & adhere to all the processes

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Understand project specifications and develop time schedules and budgets that meet them. - Observe existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly. - Monitor and track project progress and write up reports. - Attend and schedule meetings as required. - Delegate tasks and ensure workers receive feedback. - Understand and meet all contract requirements. - Communicate with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team. - Analyze technical drawings and provide material and cost estimates. Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budgets.

Qualifications and Experience


    Educational Qualification: BE / B. Tech/ Diploma – Civil/ Mechanical / Electrical. Experiences: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Substation Planning Works execution. Proficiency in MS – office. Knowledge MS – Project. Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills. Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
