Job Title: Sr PPC Executive

Location: Nashik

Department: Digital Marketing

Reports To: PPC Team Lead / Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Senior PPC Executive

to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across

Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in

eCommerce marketing and lead generation

, with strong analytical skills to deliver ROI-driven campaigns. This role requires ownership of campaign execution, budget management, tracking accuracy, reporting, and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities & KRAs

  • Campaign Execution & QA
  • Set up ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) as per briefs.
  • Follow naming conventions, UTM setup, and QA checklists.
  • Ad Copy & Creative Coordination
  • Work closely with content and design teams to ensure creatives are received, approved, and uploaded accurately and on time.
  • Budget & Bid Implementation
  • Apply daily budgets, bid caps, and bidding strategies as defined by the TL.
  • Maintain platform hygiene to ensure efficient campaign delivery.
  • Tracking & Tag Accuracy
  • Ensure proper setup and verification of UTM tags, pixel firing, and GA4 event triggers.
  • Daily Monitoring & Alerts
  • Monitor campaigns for spend pacing, delivery issues, disapprovals, and performance anomalies.
  • Share alerts and key insights with the TL proactively.
  • Reporting & Logs
  • Prepare and share weekly performance reports in defined formats.
  • Highlight wins, issues, and observations to drive continuous improvement.
  • SOP & Task Timeliness
  • Deliver all tasks on project management tools (ClickUp/Asana) within SLAs.
  • Adhere to SOPs for naming, file sharing, QA, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PPC advertising.
  • Strong background in eCommerce campaigns and lead generation.
  • Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, UTM setup).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, bids, and pacing to meet performance KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or similar).
  • Excellent cross-team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with remarketing and funnel-based campaign strategies.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks for ads and landing pages.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
