The Senior Manager Learning & Development is responsible for driving the organization's talent development strategy, overseeing staff training initiatives, strengthening leadership capabilities, and creating a culture of continuous learning across all Prayer Towers, departments, and ministry units. This role ensures all employees are trained, equipped, and enabled to excel in their roles while aligning with the ministry's mission and values.
Develop and implement the organization-wide Learning & Development strategy.
Conduct annual training needs analysis to identify skill gaps across departments.
Align all training initiatives with organizational goals and ministry standards.
