Key Responsibilities

• Layout & Concept of projectTo develop and approval of overall layout, Man/ Material Flow, Infrastructure and other required details as per Company's requirement.
• Project Financial to prepare capex based on realistic approach, keeping the focus on overall project timeline and technology.
• To timely escalate to senior management for the cost overall or for the additional popup work.Project Planning & ExecutionTo prepare and approval of Civil Construction project schedule.
• To prepare and approval of Layouts (Civil)Preparation of the BOQ for the required Civil activities i.e External & Internal finishes, RCC, Brick Work, Partitions, Drains etc. as per company standard practices.
• Quality Improvement in Civil works such as is RCC and Interior Finishes.
• Coordination with the external contractors and consultants for the execution of the work and modification in drawings as per site requirement if required.
• Weekly report preparation for the status of the project work and updation of the same to planning department.
• Reconciliation of the Company's materials i.e Steel & Cement.Project Management, Vendor Management, Time Management.
• Internal & External Cross Functional Communication, Team Management.

Educational Qualification

Diploma Civil Engineer with Advance Interior Designing Course and PGDM in Project & Construction Management .

Experience

Tenure : 15 to 18 Yrs
