Location

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for
domestic IT and non-IT roles
across multiple domains.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate interviews with clients.
Manage candidate pipelines, follow-ups, and post-offer engagement to ensure joining.
Maintain daily/weekly reports on open positions, closures, and candidate status.
Coordinate with hiring managers and delivery teams for hiring needs.
Handle multiple requirements under tight deadlines.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in
bulk hiring or mid-level domestic staffing
.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Familiar with
ATS, MS Office
, and recruitment metrics.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice.
Prior experience in a staffing agency or consulting firm is a plus.
Exposure to IT/ITES or manufacturing sector requirements is an advantage.
