Own and manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across various domains (Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Development, Cybersecurity, etc.)
Understand client requirements and prepare detailed job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
Source and attract candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and headhunting.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews to evaluate technical and soft skills.
Coordinate technical interviews and feedback follow-ups with hiring managers and clients.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS platforms.
Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of candidates for niche and critical IT roles.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Proven experience (4+ years) as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced consulting or staffing environment.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminologies.
Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in any stream (MBA in HR is a plus).
