We are Hiring for Sr Engineer / Asst Manager

Position: Sales

Division: Leading Enclosures, cooling/heating units Manufacturing company

Qualification: BE Mechanical, Electrical

Years of Experience: 3 to 8 Years

CTC: 9 to 12 LPA ( 70% Fixed and 30% variable)

Job Locations: Coimbatore

No. of Positions: 1

• Drive sales quota for territory by forecasting, developing & achieving monthly sales quotas for territory; projecting expected sales volume from existing and new customers.
• Represent and communicate to the overall product line to potential and current customer base.
• Assess customer product needs and partner with the channel sales to provide full scope of product solutions.
• Responsible for increasing sales and market share within a defined territory through measures of daily contact with customers, follow up on potential leads and cold calling.
• Work closely with inside sales team to provide timely and profitable quotes & deliveries.
• Work closely with the End users in the assigned territory.
• Develop annual business plan and coordinate its implementation.
• Keep management apprised of market trends and sales opportunities.
• Work in conjunction with local distributors.
• Position requires extensive travel (50%+) within the regional sales territory.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualification:

• BE Mechanical or Electrical with 3 to 8 years experience in Industrial Sales and Industrial Distribution is preferred.
• Existing relationship with end users and on field experience in the territory is must
• Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point.
