Sr.Associate (Web Developer Digital Marketing Services IN)

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to join the MYCPEONE Digital Marketing Services team. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 6 years of experience in WordPress, PHP, HTML, Webflow, and other website builders. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both front-end and back-end development, a strong grasp of website optimization, and SEO best practices. You will work with clients to deliver high-quality, efficient websites with a quick turnaround time, integrating tools and managing both the technical and creative aspects of development.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development and Management:

Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress, Webflow, HTML, and other website builders.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in PHP and HTML for custom website solutions.

Front-End and Back-End Development:

Create responsive, visually appealing front-end designs using tools like Figma and transform them into functional, user-friendly websites.

Manage and optimize back-end functionalities, including database integration and server-side logic.

HTML Integration:

Develop and maintain HTML/CSS templates for website projects, ensuring compatibility with modern browsers and devices.

Implement custom HTML elements and layouts for enhanced user experiences.

Tool Integration:

Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins to improve website functionality.

Ensure seamless connection of marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

SEO and Optimization:

Apply SEO best practices, including meta tags, schema markup, and proper URL structuring.

Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall performance.

Client Collaboration:

Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored website solutions.

Offer technical guidance and post-launch support to ensure client satisfaction.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality, usability, and browser compatibility.

Resolve technical issues and bugs promptly during the development and deployment phases.

Efficiency:

Manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in web development.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing websites for clients.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and Webflow.

Strong understanding of front-end tools like Figma and their integration into website projects.

Knowledge of website optimization, SEO practices, and performance improvement techniques.

Experience with integrating third-party tools, plugins, and APIs.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
