Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  digital marketing campaigns

  to promote hospital departments, consultants, and health check packages.
• Manage the hospitals

  social media platforms

  (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)—including planning, posting, and engagement tracking.
• Coordinate with consultants and departments to

  create doctor profile posts, patient awareness videos, and event promotions.

• Plan and monitor

  Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO/SEM

  activities to increase patient leads and online visibility.
• Oversee and update the

  hospital website

  , ensuring accuracy of doctor details, services, and health packages.
• Handle

  Google My Business

  updates, patient reviews, and reputation management.
• Collaborate with internal teams for

  campaigns, awareness weeks, CMEs, blood donation drives, and outreach programs.

• Design or coordinate the creation of

  banners, posters, reels, and infographics

  for digital channels.
• Prepare

  monthly performance reports

  on website traffic, leads, campaign ROI, and engagement analytics.
• Stay updated on digital trends and healthcare marketing strategies to suggest innovative ideas for patient engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (healthcare sector experience is an advantage).
• Proficiency in tools such as

  Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.

• Strong understanding of

  SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
