Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify, visit, and engage with key Architects, Interior Designers (A&ID) in the respected region.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with A&ID to drive business opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and share comprehensive product catalogues.
Engaging the architects & Interior designers, with company and genmerate the maximum business with them.
Business Development & Lead Generation:
Conduct project visits to identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
Actively pursue lead generation and conversion in the project segment.
Engage in cold calls and field visit to identify potential leads.
Facilitate the closure of leads and ensure smooth execution of projects.
Premiumisation & Brand Promotion:
Recommend and promote Hindware's premium product ranges, with a specific focus on Hindware Italian and Queo.
Organize and facilitate visits to Hindware Brand Stores and Hindware Experience Centers (HEC) for A&ID and clients.
Drive the adoption of premium products within projects.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and project progress.

Preferred candidate profile

One Should have experience in 4+ years in sales, preferably in building materials or bathroom products with architects and interior Designers
