Sr. Visual Designer

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in leading the visual design process across various digital and print media projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the visual design process from concept to final execution for digital, print, and multimedia projects. - Developing and maintaining a consistent brand look across all creative assets such as marketing materials, social media, UI/UX elements, presentations, packaging, and campaigns. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver visually compelling solutions. - Providing creative direction and mentorship to junior designers. - Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas and concepts. - Ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. - Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in visual or graphic design roles. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, etc. - Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design thinking and execution. - Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills. - Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design. - Strong communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience in advertising, tech, real estate, or related industries. - Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus. - Familiarity with web and mobile design systems.
