Sr. Visual Designer

As a Senior Visualizer with 56 years of experience in a dynamic creative setting, you will play a pivotal role in generating impactful visual communications. Working in close collaboration with the Art Director, Copywriters, and Strategy teams, you will be instrumental in developing compelling campaigns for various platforms including digital, print, and social media. Your main responsibilities will involve conceptualizing and delivering top-notch visual designs for advertising initiatives, branding projects, web content, and print materials. You will be tasked with transforming briefs into innovative creative concepts and visual narratives, ensuring consistency in design across all projects while adhering to brand guidelines. In addition to managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines, you will be expected to stay abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies. Furthermore, you will be required to mentor and provide feedback on the work of junior designers when necessary. To excel in this role, you must possess 56 years of professional design experience within a creative agency or a similar environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is a must, with knowledge of After Effects considered a bonus. A deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling is essential, along with prior experience in digital-first campaigns and social media creatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and digital campaign projects. Strong adaptability, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to thrive under pressure are key traits for success in this role. Effective communication and presentation skills are also crucial for engaging with cross-functional teams and clients. Preferably based along the Mumbai Western Line, immediate or short-notice joiners with an agency background will be given preference.
