Join us to explore the full potential of your brand. We are currently looking for a Visual Designer (on contract) to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the end-to-end customer shopping experience. In this role, you will collaborate with a small, dedicated team to conceptualize, define, and design both the overarching strategy and detailed visual design framework. Your mission will involve innovating new and more user-friendly ways to guide and enchant customers throughout their shopping journey. Basic Qualifications - Minimum of 4 years experience as a visual designer in a startup or creative agency, specializing in graphic design or a similar role. - Possession of a robust portfolio showcasing your visual design work. - Proficiency in design tools like Sketch/Figma, Illustrator, Invision, Photoshop, or equivalent. - A Bachelor's degree in Creative Direction, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience within the design realm. Preferred Qualifications - An outstanding portfolio featuring innovative, customer-centric work that highlights visual design excellence. - Comprehensive understanding of the latest design trends and concepts in user-centered visual design. - Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries to influence and deliver results. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences within the organization. - Capability to translate abstract concepts into tangible representations to foster shared understanding and enhance collaboration. - Willingness to actively contribute to meeting business and product deliverables. - Enthusiasm for the impact of well-executed user-centered visual design and familiarity with design critique best practices. - Expert knowledge or familiarity with accessibility best practices. - Collaborative spirit to work alongside copywriters, designers, executives, and other team members effectively.,
