Sr UX Researcher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of 

  qualitative and quantitative user research methods

  , including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnographic field studies, and A/B testing.
• Translate research findings into 

  actionable insights

   that drive product decisions and design improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to incorporate user feedback early and often.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to 

  create and iterate wireframes

   and interactive prototypes that reflect user needs and business goals.
• Present research insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
• Lead strategic research initiatives to explore new product opportunities and optimize existing features.
• Develop and maintain user personas, customer journey maps, and other artifacts that support a shared understanding of user needs.
• Mentor junior researchers and promote UX research best practices across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Sociology, or a related field.

• 7+ years of hands-on UX research experience

  , preferably in a fast-paced or agile product environment.
• Proven experience in a wide range of UX research methods and when to apply them.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear research questions and frameworks.
• Experience with wireframing tools such as 

  Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD

  .
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to influence product decisions through data and user empathy.
• A portfolio or case studies demonstrating impactful research work.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Background in UX design or front-end development.
• Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Hotjar.
