Sr UX Researcher

As an Experienced Senior UX Researcher, you will be responsible for leading user research to provide critical insights that will shape user-centered product design. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing user research studies such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing. - Developing research plans and recruiting participants for the studies. - Conducting research sessions and analyzing the data collected. - Creating clear research reports and presentations to communicate the findings effectively. - Collaborating with design and product teams to apply the insights gained from the research. - Advocating for the user to ensure user-centric design decisions. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - 5+ years of experience in UX Research. - Strong knowledge of various research methods. - Proven skills in planning, conducting, and analyzing research effectively. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Strong user advocacy with a portfolio showcasing research work. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. You should also demonstrate the ability to work independently, adapt to a fast-changing environment, be creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency. This is a contractual/temporary job opportunity with a duration of 12 months. The benefits offered include health insurance, and you will have the flexibility to work from home.
