Sr. US IT Recruiter

Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite – 5 Days a Week)
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiner oNLY

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, and internal databases for sourcing candidates.
• Screen candidates thoroughly for technical and communication fit.
• Negotiate salary/rates with candidates and close positions in a timely manner.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and build a strong pipeline.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms, work authorizations, and visa classifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willing to work onsite from Hyderabad (5 days/week).
• Must be available for immediate joining.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• US shift
