Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. US Logistics Coordinator located in Noida. The Sr. US Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing logistics operations, managing shipment schedules, and monitoring the progress of deliveries. Other responsibilities include ensuring adherence to compliance and safety standards, addressing any delays or issues, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients. The role also involves analyzing logistical challenges to improve efficiency and optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage dispatch operations for OTR and drayage freight in the U.S.
• Source loads using DAT and negotiate with carriers.
• Schedule and track pickups/deliveries, ensuring on-time performance.
• Communicate efficiently with drivers, carriers, and clients.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and provide real-time updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Can handle a team also.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of dispatching experience (mandatory OTR & drayage knowledge)
• Strong command of U.S. freight lanes, routes, and regulations
• Hands-on experience with DAT load board software
• Familiarity with TMS and ELD tracking systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must be able to work during U.S. business hours
