About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Unity Engineer (WebGL / LMS Platform)

You’ll play a key role in building and scaling our next-generation Learning Management System (LMS) — an immersive 3D learning platform that merges Unity and web technologies seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Unity–WebGL integrations for 3D learning environments
• Design, build, and maintain SDKs and reusable Unity modules
• Collaborate with full-stack engineers to ensure smooth integration between Unity and web applications
• Guide and mentor developers in solving complex performance and rendering issues
• Architect LMS features following industry standards such as SCORM/xAPI and LRI methodologies
• Optimize WebGL builds for performance, scalability, and security across browsers and devices
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to deliver reliable, high-quality experiences

Requirements

• 6–10 years of professional experience in

  Unity3D development

• Strong understanding of

  WebGL deployment, optimization, and integration

• Proficiency in

  C#, JavaScript, .NET

  , and related web technologies
• Experience building

  SDKs or developer tools

• Hands-on experience integrating

  3D assets, models, and scenes

  for browser environments
• Understanding of

  LMS systems, xAPI, SCORM

  , or learning analytics frameworks
• Strong debugging, optimization, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  for hosting WebGL builds and backend services
• Familiarity with
