Sr. UI/UX Designer (Lead)

About the Role

We are a fast-growing service-based UX-driven Development Agency looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can take full ownership of design projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in design execution but also in leading teams, managing client communications, and delivering outstanding digital experiences.

You will be the go-to person for UI/UX projects—driving discovery workshops, leading design strategy, mentoring designers, and ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX projects from research to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Act as the primary design contact for clients, understanding requirements, presenting solutions, and managing feedback.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with client goals.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, assign tasks, review work, and foster a strong design culture.
• Work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless handoff and execution.
• Define and improve design processes, documentation, and design systems for consistency across projects.
• Understand business objectives and translate them into user-centered design strategies.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years leading projects/teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing agency or multi-client work across different industries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven experience in client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Miro, Maze, Hotjar, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of UX research methods, usability testing, and design systems.
• Ability to balance client requirements, business goals, and user needs.
• Leadership qualities: mentoring, team management, and conflict resolution.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agency environment is a big plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
