Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products, from research and wireframing to final handoff.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to guide design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business goals.
Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Use data-driven insights to refine and improve the user experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

Required Skills & Qualification:

3+ years of UI/UX or product design experience
with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work.
Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, typography, and layout.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Ability to present and defend design decisions clearly and confidently.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
