- Logical thinking (Complex case handling)
Years of experience needed – 2-3 Years
Skills Required
- Excellent MS Office skills – MS Excel, WORD, Power Point, Excel Macros and E Mail Drafting
- Good Typing Speed of 30 WPM with >=95% accuracy
- Must have strong interpersonal, excellent communication (write & speak) with a desire to work a back-office environment. Must be able to multi-task and be adaptable to change.
Process Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients or tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with business management tools (CRM systems, scheduling platforms, email and phone systems)
- Attention to detail and task ownership
- Adaptability to work within varied client processes and technologies
- Experience or knowledge in financial services, marketing, or business operations is a plus
Certification
Experience in client servicing, virtual assistance, financial operations, or related fields
Exposure to working with independent professionals or small businesses preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline (optional but recommended
