Execute manual tests, capture results, and log defects in tracking tools. Work closely with business users and technical teams for issue resolution and sign-offs. Ensure test coverage, traceability, and adherence to quality timelines. Skill Requirements: Strong knowledge of Risk / Operational Risk processes in banking. Hands-on experience in test case design, execution, and defect management. Good understanding of workflows, validation rules, and reporting structures. Working knowledge of SQL and basic data validation techniques.
