Job Title: Tender Manager Location: Sahibabad Industry: Manufacturing (Machinery Preferred) Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month Experience Required: 3 to 7 Years Vacancies: 5 --- About the Company A reputed manufacturing company specializing in liquid waste handling vehicles and environmental engineering solutions. The organization works closely with government bodies and municipal corporations to deliver high-quality, reliable machinery for sanitation and waste management. --- Job Summary We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Tender Managers to manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of the tendering process. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both government and private sector tendering, with proven experience using e-procurement platforms such as GEM and CPPP. --- Key Responsibilities Identify suitable government and private tenders relevant to our product range Prepare and compile all necessary documentation for tender submissions Coordinate with technical, production, and commercial teams for required inputs Ensure timely submission of tenders as per deadlines Manage online submissions through e-procurement portals such as GEM, CPPP, and other relevant platforms Ensure strict compliance with tender specifications and terms and conditions Maintain tracking and follow-up on tender status, clarifications, and results Liaise with internal teams and clients for post-submission communication Assist in the negotiation and finalization process post-bid --- Required Skills Proficient in government e-tendering platforms (GEM, CPPP, etc.) Strong understanding of technical and commercial documentation Excellent coordination and communication skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines Knowledge of environmental engineering or machinery manufacturing is preferred --- Qualifications Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Mechanical or Environmental Engineering preferred) MBA or PG Diploma in Supply Chain, Tendering, or Contract Management (preferred but not mandatory) --- Experience Minimum 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in tendering, preferably in the machinery or infrastructure sector Team HR Helpmate 7011098038 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: GEM PORTAL: 3 years (Preferred) Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred) AUTOMOBILE: 3 years (Preferred) TENDER BID: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
