Position: Senior Telecaller Executive

Experience: 2-4 years in telecalling/customer service (healthcare or digital marketing

preferred) &B2B calling experience preferred over B2C

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to social

media, SEO & PPC leads, conducting email outreach, and performing cold calls to

potential healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and surgeons.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management & Conversion:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from social media leads, SEO inquiries, and PPC campaigns.
  • Follow up on email and WhatsApp inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Make outbound calls to potential healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and surgeons.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.

2. Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate digital marketing solutions.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Provide detailed information about healthcare marketing services and offerings.

3. Target Achievement:

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly to call and lead conversion targets.
  • Achieve conversion goals and appointment generation objectives as set by management.
  • Maintain minimum talk time requirements (2+ hours daily).

4. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Update CRM with accurate call logs, feedback, and client details.
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
  • Track lead sources, conversion rates, and maintain organized follow-up schedules.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Handle outbound calls for inbound leads to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
  • Fix and coordinate online meetings (minimum 60 per month).
  • Manage and maintain all lead and client data systematically.
  • Create and share meeting links for scheduled appointments.
  • Prepare and send proposals (20–30 per month) as per client requirements.

PowerPoint presentation creation (8–10 per month) for client meetings and internal use.

  • Maintain and compile reports on meetings, leads, and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

1. Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
  • Strong listening and analytical skills to understand client requirements.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and persuasive communication ability.
  • Clear articulation and confident speaking style.

2. Technical Competencies:

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media).
  • Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Skilled in email management and professional correspondence.
  • AI awareness and the ability to use AI tools effectively for productivity.

3. Healthcare Industry Understanding:

  • Knowledge of hospital operations, medical specialties, and healthcare services.
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing norms and compliance guidelines.
  • Awareness of medical practice management and decision-making processes.

4. Personal Traits & Motivations:

  • Empathetic and patient when dealing with healthcare professionals.
  • Professional, composed, and well-organized under pressure.
  • Goal-driven and motivated to achieve targets consistently.
  • Adaptable to changing client and market dynamics.

5. Qualification: Minimum graduation required.
