Job Description

We are looking Urgently for a Sr. Sales Executive with strong technical knowledge of wires & cables to handle customer requirements and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of technical specifications & applications for: PTFE, PVC, FEP, ETFE, TPU, Silicon, Nylon, HFFR, FRLS insulated wires & cables, shielded/armoured cables, control & instrumentation cables, coaxial, LAN, Uninyuin cables.

Ensure compliance with BIS, ISO, LCSO, AS9100, and CEMILAC standards.

Generate new business leads and manage existing customer accounts.

Hands-on experience in SO/JO/BOM preparation and customer order handling.

Handle customer inquiries, provide technical guidance, ensure timely responses & effective negotiations.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Quality teams for smooth order execution.

Detail-oriented, process-driven, and target-focused approach to sales operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.tech/MBa

5-6 years of proven experience in Sales in Wires & Cables industry.

Excellent communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, ERP tools

Roles and responsibilities

  • Generate new leads, identify opportunities, and expand customer base in wires & cables segment.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensure repeat business, and address their requirements.

  • Provide technical knowledge and solutions for wires & cables

  • Ensure all sales operations comply with BIS, ISO, LCSO, AS9100, and CEMILAC norms.

  • Prepare Sales Orders (SO), Job Orders (JO), and BOMs with accuracy as per customer requirements.

  • Respond to inquiries, provide quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.

  • Liaise with Production, Purchase, and Quality teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders.

  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to support business strategy.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate customer/order records.

  • Work towards monthly/annual sales targets with a process-driven and goal-oriented approach.
